After the famous QC 35, Bose had no choice but to continue its heritage with quality headphones while offering a certain evolution. The latter is found above all in the slimmer and almost futuristic design of the Headphones 700 with very fine arch curves and a palpable premium appearance. The silicone coating under the headband accentuates this feel and the ear cups mechanically slide to adjust the size instead of expanding in stages like most headphones on the market.
The quality of the sound made in Bose is once again at the rendezvous, with very deep bass, very precise mids, a higher spectrum, and treble above the basket. This precision and roundness of sound allows the headphones to be used with any audio content and will appeal to all good self-respecting audiophiles.
But the great added value of these headphones remains above all the almost unrivaled quality of the active noise reduction which almost completely isolates ambient noise once it is activated. This function has also been further improved compared to the QC 35 and it is possible to adjust the level of noise reduction thanks to the Bose application compatible with Android and iOS.
On the battery side, the Headphones 700 can last 20 hours according to Bose, but our test showed that it was possible to have the headphones on for around 28 hours.
