The Hp Pavilion is a 15-inch micro-edge gaming laptop offering all the necessary features and specs which you may expect from a 700 dollar budget laptop.
It comes with Intel Core i5-9300H Processor with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphic card, which is pretty awesome for playing games and also for multitasking.
8GB SDRAM and 256GB SSD Store are available on this laptop, which you to playtilize to play games.
The Laptop has a black and green color scheme. The lid is matte black with a shiny green HP logo. While the interior of this laptop is black too accented green keys.
It is made of plastic but the quality feels very decent with most parts with no sharp edges or corners.
On this laptop, you’ll found a little bit of flex to the keyboard, but not enough to be noticeable during a routine.
The lid of this laptop is a bit more flexible, owing to the center hinge design. The Hp Pivilion 15 weighs about 2.35Kg or 5.2lb with a hard drive installed or maybe like 3kg with the power brick and cables for charging.
This HP Pivilion 15 has a 15.6-inch 144Hz screen with a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1060 resolution, with no FreeSync or G-Sync and you cannot disable Optimus. Because there’s no Max-Q dynamic boost either.
There’s you get a 720p camera above the screen in middle, there’s no window hello support through. The quality of the camera is a bit acceptable.
The Keyboard has a green accenting even with the lightning off. The green lightning has two levels of keys brightness and all the keys and secondary functions are illuminated.
I felt that the top row of function keys is a little bit small, I can’t share any audio voice with you but trust me, the sound of the keys while typing is very amazing.
The Speakers are below the grill at the back above the keyboard, I thought they sounded pretty average for the laptop, tinny without really any bass, and latency mon results aren’t looking great.
However, the power button is separate from the keyboard just above it on the left, and it lights up green.
The precision Trackpad clicks down anywhere and worked very well, though it felt a little narrow due to the aforementioned smaller space below the keyboard.
On the left, you’ll get HDMI 2.0 output, USB 3.2 gen1 Type-A port, gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C port, and a full-sized SD card slot.
The right side has a 3.5mm audio combo jack, two more USB 3.2gen1 Type-A ports, and power input. The Type-C port does not have Thunderbolt 3 and it cannot be used to charge the laptop.
It does however offer display port 1.4 output, and both this and the HDMI port connect directly to the Nvidia graphics.
The backside has a couple of air exhaust vents towards the corners and subtle pivilion branding in the middle. There’s nothing on the front, not even the indent to help to open the lid, but this may not cause any issue in the opening.

The Acer Nitro 5 is the best gaming laptop under 700 budget. I know it’s a little bit older variant but it still has the best performance and gaming experience rather than others laptops with this same price point.
This laptop has a 15.6-inch full HD screen with a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080p. The screen is made of IPS technology and has also had a LED backlight.
The lid of the laptop is made of plastic with a black color ton and most of it has a smooth matte finish, while the sides have a triangle grooved texture.
Inside, it’s all matte black and plenty of red accenting, which looks very authentic and joyful. The build quality of this laptop seemed average as for a plastic machine, and there’s no sharp corners or edges anywhere.
The bezels are much thinner as compared to its older 2018 variant. It’s noticeably thinner, but not cause any issue. You can easily use the screen without any worry.
Overall the viewing angles look great and magnificent due to its IPS screen with a matte finish, plus there’s no G-Sync.
The weight of this laptop is just about 2.2Kg without a 2.5 inches drive installed. And if we add power brick and cables, then the total weight comes around 2.9kg, which I think not much heavy as for carrying.
You may found some flex in the screen due to the plastic build, but the hinge felt sturdy and is found out towards the far corners.

On the left from the back, there’s Kensington lock, gigabit ethernet, HDMI 2.0 output, USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-C port, no thunderbolt 3 though, and two USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-A ports.

By default the secondary keys are set as primary, so can adjust volume brightness and other controls on the fly. But unfortunately, you can switch them to secondary.
The Keys are led backlit, it’s alright you get one set to either turn it on or off no adjustment whatsoever.
The Trackpad is good, it’s a plastic surface and it gets the job done. The integrated primary electronic buttons are pretty nice and good tactile no complaints.
Acer also included a Fingerprint Reader right by the arrow keys, it’s bad like really bad. Setting it up takes five minutes and naturally that lid to login failures. So you may need to rely on your password to get into the laptop.
All kinds of important ports are available on this laptop, so you don’t need to be worried about that. Furthermore, you can check them out on Amazon. You can also upgrade this laptop to whatever you want.
The webcam quality is pretty good, in fact, it looks better than some other laptops we reviewed.
The microphone also sounds really nice and honestly, you’ll be surprised at how good it sounds on a budget gaming laptop. I think here Acer had done it a very good job. Not cheaping this department.
It may give up to 9 hours of battery timing a day, which is a pretty cool and a nice thing.

Dell G3-(Experts Advice)
Dell G3 is the best budget gaming laptop in the market. I don’t think the G3 is bad like if we remove the price for a moment and just look after it. You’ll be like it due to its specs and features. I know.
This laptop comes with a 15.6 -Inches Screen with up to the maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels which gives a very authentic look to the user.
This laptop comes with a 144hz panel and it’s a much better screen than the other laptops not just because of the faster refresh rate but stuff like brightness, contrast, color accuracy, color gamut, and just overall image quality is a bit of light bleed around the edges of the screen.
The hinge is located near the middle rather than the sides of the laptop like most other laptops. Opening the screen near the corners will put quite a little bit of stress on the hinge.
I am pretty sure that the laptop is made of plastic, it definitely feels like plastic but it feels very strong and rigid.
If I talk about its performance, then I want to tell you that this laptop comes with an 8th Generation Intel Core i5-8300H Processor with NVIDIA GTX 1050 4GB VRAM graphic card.
Also, it gives you 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD storage which you can say a perfect match for playing games. With all these specs you can enjoy your gaming very well.
There’s a little flex on the keyboard deck. The hinge tension is firm very nice and the rubber feet on the bottom are massive. These are very grippy feet I like them a lot.
Dell G3 has a brilliant Keyboard quality it feels very enjoyable. The keys have a fairly shallow travel but very tactile which you may like a lot.
I know the keycaps are a bit small in terms of surface area. There’s quite a large gap between the keys and I feel like increasing the size would make it slightly easier to hit each key because then it requires less accuracy.
Overall the key travel feels a little bit shorter than the average gaming laptop but the tactile is a little bit above average.
The Trackpad has slightly a rough texture to it kind of like sandpaper, but the tracking accuracy is actually pretty good.
Small movements are good but not okay, not amazing but above average for sure, and after using this laptop you feel that the tracking accuracy is definitely more important than the feel and smoothness of the surface at least in my opinion.
It does require quite a bit of force to click down on the trackpad so it gets tiring quite quickly but I guess you can use tap to click as a wreck around its not ideal but it is an option.
The Battery Timing of this laptop is about 5-6 Hours a day with playing games and 8-9 Hours a day in a normal routine without playing games. Depends on your use.
